The new primary school in Murrumbateman has taken a significant step forward, with Hansen Yuncken awarded the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract for the designs of the new school.

Member for Goulburn, Wendy Tuckerman was pleased the project is gaining momentum with Early Contractor Involvement.

“This is one step closer to construction commencing,” Mrs Tuckerman said.

“I’m excited that we’ve reached another milestone on this project and students in Murrumbateman will soon have access to this high-quality school,” Ms Mitchell said.

Once completed, the new school will include flexible learning spaces, a library, hall, canteen, special education learning unit, covered outdoor learning area and administration and staff facilities. These new facilities will cater for up to 370 students.
